Agroorbit reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by any User(s), in which event such User(s) shall cooperate with IIL in asserting any available defenses.

User(s) represent and warrant that they hold the right to avail, access or use the services provided by Agroorbit, including but not limited to the Website or any other sources through which services provided by Agroorbit. For using this website, the User must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. We hold no responsibility or liability for any misrepresentation of age. You represent and warrant that. The parties to this  Agreement hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Akola, Maharashtra, India.

Termination

• Agroorbit reserves the right to terminate the membership/subscription of any User(s) temporarily or permanently for the reasons to be mentioned as follows:
• If any information submitted in connection with the User’s registered account with Agroorbit provided is false.
• If such User(s) are engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities/ transactions.
• If such User(s) breaches any provisions of the Agreement.
• If such User(s) unlawfully uses another person’s name or business entity to post information or conduct business in any manner.
• If such User(s) obtains another person’s username and/or password through wrong means.
• If such User(s) utilizes the Website for the purpose of sending spam messages or repeatedly publishes same or similar product information.
• If such User(s) utilizes the comment/ review section to defame the website or management of Agroorbit.
• If such User(s) are subject to creating unauthorized access, use, modification or having control of the website database, network or related services. 
• Such User(s) are doing activities with are against the business ethics and practices.
• Agroorbit shall terminate the membership of registered User(S) in case of violations of any provisions of this agreement, such person shall not have the right to register or renew their account or join the website with creation of new account. No subscription or membership fees/ charges paid to Agroorbit by such User(s) shall be refunded.
