 CANCELLATION POLICY

This Cancellation Policy governs how orders are processed, shipped, delivered and handled on the website https://agroorbit.com/ or on the mobile application (“Platform”), operated by Agroorbit Private Limited (“AgroOrbit,” “Company,” “We,” “Our”)

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

This Policy should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Shipping and Delivery Policy, Return, Refund & Replacement, and Privacy Policy.

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

Cancellation Before Dispatch: Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once cancelled, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the Refunds Policy.

Approved cancellations will be refunded with 5-7 business days to the original payment method, subject to 2.5% cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of your total order value.

Cancellation After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched. Any refusal of delivery after the order is dispatched shall not be treated as a valid cancellation.

In such cases the company reserves the right to deduct two-way shipping and handling charges, if applicable.

CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY

The Company reserves the right to cancel any order, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Product unavailability or inventory transactions
• Pricing or typographical errors
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Operational, logistical or technical issues beyond reasonable control

In such cases, any amount received from the customer shall be refunded without any additional liability.

NO CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests may not be accepted for the following categories once the order has been placed:

Sale or discounted products

Products purchased during promotional or clearance campaigns

Products marked as non-cancellable on the Platform

Partial order

EFFECT OF CANCELLATION ON OFFERS

Any promotional offers, discounts, or benefits applied at the time of purchase shall stand forfeited upon cancellation and shall not be reinstated.

“For COD orders, if cancelled the Company reserves the right to deny future orders.”

MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

The Company reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions will be effective upon posting on the Platform.
