SCOPE OF DELIVERY
AgroOrbit facilitates the delivery of products across India,
subject to the serviceability, logistical feasibility, regulatory restrictions and availability of delivery partners.
Delivery coverage may vary based on the location, product
category, statutory requirements and operational constraints.
AgroOrbit reserves the right to restrict or refuse delivery
to certain locations without prior notice.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days
from the time of successful payment.

shipped.”
DELIVERY TIMELINES
We typically process and ship orders within 8-10 business
days from the date of billing.
Delivery timelines displayed on the Platform or communicated
to the Buyer are estimates only and shall not be construed as binding
commitments.
Delay may occur due to factors beyond AgroOrbit’s control,
including but limited to transportation disruptions, weather conditions,
regulatory inspections, supply chain constraints, strikes, lockdowns, force
majeure events, or actions of third-party logistics providers.
AgroOrbit shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience
arising from such delays.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight,
destination, and delivery method at checkout.
Express delivery charges may differ.

DELIVERY METHODS
Orders are shipped using trusted courier partners.

ACPL Transport
Navata Road Transport
Delhivery Limited
VRL Transport
Standard and express options may be available based on
location and service availability. Multiple items in an order may be shipped
separately.
AgroOrbit shall not be responsible for delays, damages or
failures attributable to logistics partners, except to the extent required
under the applicable law.
RISK AND TITLE TRANSFER
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the risk of loss or
damage to products shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery at the shipping
address provided.
Title to the products shall pass upon receipt of full
payment. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring availability to receive delivery
at the specified address during the delivery window.
INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
Customers must inspect their order immediately upon
delivery:
Check the condition of packaging and products before
receiving the order.
Any visible damage, breakage, or defect must be reported
within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence.
Failure to report within the specified timeframe may
result in claims being denied.
AgroOrbit shall not be responsible for claims raised beyond
the stipulated timelines.
FAILED OR DELAYED DELIVERIES
Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver the package
three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete &
accurate shipping address, including zip code and a mobile number. This will
ensure a faster and better delivery.
The Company shall not be liable for any delays, failed
deliveries, or non-delivery due to reasons beyond its reasonable control,
including but not limited to:
Courier partner disruptions
Government regulations, restrictions, strikes, weather
Force Majeure events
In such cases, at the company’s discretion, you may be
offered re-delivery, replacement, or refund in accordance with relevant
policies.
THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS DISCLAIMER
The Company engages independent third-party logistics and
courier service providers for the shipment and delivery of products.
The Company does not own, operate, or control such third-party logistics providers and accordingly, shall not be liable for any loss,
delay, damage, misdelivery, non-delivery, or service deficiency caused due to
the acts, omissions, negligence, delays, strikes, system failures, or
operational issues for such third party.
Any claims arising out of or in connection with
transportation, delivery timelines, transit damage or handling of products
shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the respective logistics
provider.
MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this
policy at any time without prior notice.
Updated versions will be effective upon posting on the
Website.
