 RETURN, REFUND& REPLACEMENT POLICY

This Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy governs how orders are processed, shipped, delivered and handled on the website https://agroorbit.com/ or on the mobile application (“Platform”), operated by AgroOrbit Private Limited (“AgroOrbit,” “Company,” “We,” “Our”)

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

This Policy should be read together with the Terms & Conditions and Shipping and Delivery.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

The Company may, at its discretion, accept Return requests only in the following limited conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • The product received is defective at the time delivery
  • The product received is incorrect (i.e., different from what was ordered)

 

Returns are not accepted for reasons of change of mind, personal preference or subjective dissatisfaction.

The determination for return or refund shall be made solely by the Company after the inspection and verification and shall be applicable within 10 days from receipt of the product.

Any eligible items may be returned within 7 business days of delivery.

“Submission of return request does not automatically entitle the customer to a return of refund.”

NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Sale or discounted products

Products purchased during promotional or clearance campaigns

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, improper storage or lack of care

Used items and items not in their original packaging

 

MANDATORY INSPECTION

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery and defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Return requests must be supported with clear photographs or videos showing.

  • the condition of the packaging and products of the order.
  • Any visible damage, breakage, or defect

 

Failure to report within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the return request.

PRODUCT INTEGRITY

To be eligible for a return, the product must be strictly intact and in the exact condition in which it was received. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • No Alterations: The product must not have been installed, assembled, used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Original Packaging: All original internal and external packaging, including tags, protective films, seals, manuals, and accessories, must be present and undamaged.
  • Tamper Evidence: Any evidence of attempted repair by the customer or a third party will void the return eligibility.

 

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer, except where the return or replacement arises due to Agroorbit’s error or delivery of a defective or incorrect product, as determined by AgroOrbit upon verification.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be made under the following conditions:

  • If you receive an item different from what was ordered.
  • If the order was not delivered.

 

Complaints regarding product quality will be investigated, and if found valid, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. It may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be issued only after successful receipt of returned goods.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

Replacement requests for damaged or mutilated products must be made within 10 days of delivery. Send your replacement request to info@agroorbit.com.

Replacement products shall be dispatched only after the returned product is received, inspected and approved by the Company or its authorized representatives.

Replacement shall be subject to verification of the condition of the returned product, including confirmation that the product is unused, unaltered, untampered, and returned in its original packaging with the label intact. Agroorbit reserves the right to reject replacement requests if the returned product fails to meet these conditions.

In the event a replacement product is unavailable, AgroOrbit may process a refund in accordance with this policy.
