      Return Policy


   Return Shall Be Made Under Following Condition

  • Any returns due to default of the company of damaged product or bad product quality will be taken into the consideration.
  • Will require a short video of delivery to acknowledge.
  • Return should reach as before 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Shipping cost for return product should be borne by the customer at their own risk.
  • Return Time & Order Status: If a customer receives a damaged or defective product, the information in respect of Returns must be informed within 48 hours after the date of delivery. Products must be returned in unused condition with the original packaging to be maintained                                                                    

Refund Policy - 

Refund Shall Be Made Under Following Conditions:

  • Received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) that you have ordered with us.
  • Order was not delivered to the recipient.
  • If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will enquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
  • The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 5-7 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account or the product will be replaced.
  • Original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Any discounted or exempted amount, Gift cards cannot be claimed for refund.
  • Refund Will be given only after Successful receipt of returned goods.

Replacement Policy - 

  • The replacement request for damaged or mutilated products must be provided within 10days from the delivery of the items against the order.
  • Replacement request mail to be sent to info@agroorbit.com

Cancellation- 

  • Cancellation of order is allowed within 24 hours of placing of the order. No cancelling charges will be incurred by you if the order is canceled within 24 hours.
  • If you cancel the order after 24 hours from placing order or before the product is shipped, entire amount shall be refunded subjected to deduction of charges if any.
  • If you cancel the order after shipment but before the delivery of product, the same shall be liable with a deduction of the two-way shipping costs.
  • Partly order cancellation is not possible, please cancel the entire order and re-order the same.
  • There are circumstances where the company may cancel the order, under such circumstances the Company shall return full refund.  
  • All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 2.5% of your total order value.
  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
