Return Policy
Returns will be
accepted under the following conditions:
- Returns due to company default,
damaged, or poor-quality products will be considered.
- A short video of delivery will be
required for acknowledgment.
- Returns must be made within 10
days from the delivery date.
- Customers are responsible for the
return shipping costs and risks.
- To initiate a return for damaged
or defective products, inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Products
must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be
made under the following conditions:
- If you receive an item different
from what was ordered.
- If the order was not delivered.
- Complaints regarding product
quality will be investigated, and if found valid, a full refund or
replacement will be provided.
- Refunds will be processed to the
original payment method. It may take 5-7 business days for the amount to
reflect in your account.
- Original shipping costs will be
deducted from the refund amount.
- Discounted or exempted amounts, as
well as gift cards, are not eligible for refund.
- Refunds will be issued only after
successful receipt of returned goods.
Replacement
Policy
- Replacement requests for damaged
or mutilated products must be made within 10 days of delivery. Send your
replacement request to info@agroorbit.com.
Cancellation
Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24
hours of placement without any charges.
- If cancelled after 24 hours but
before shipping, the entire amount will be refunded, subject to deduction
of charges if any.
- If cancelled after shipment but
before delivery, two-way shipping costs will be deducted.
- Partly order cancellation is not
possible. Please cancel the entire order and re-order.
- The company reserves the right to
cancel an order, in which case a full refund will be issued.
- All cancellations are subject to a
2.5% cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of your total order
value.
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
