Xelora has two ways of working. Pyraclostrobin provides broad-spectrum control; it works as an inhibitor of electron transit in the mitochondria of fungal cells, preventing the production of ATP, which is necessary for the growth and metabolism of these organisms. A systemic benzimidazol fungicide called thiofanate-methyl targets the mitotic fusion of fungus cells.
Target Disease: In Soybean and Groundnut, Xelora is mainly helpful for controlling Root Rot Disease. It is also said that it controls Root Rot in Bengal Gram.
Method of Application: Seed treatment is the only method of application for xelora. One has to mix 2-3ml of this xelora with seed and have to sow the treated seed directly.

Soyabean - Seedling rot (Sclerotium spp. ) / 2-2.5ml/kg seeds.
Okra - Seedling disease (Rhizoctonia Spp. ) / 3 ml/kg seeds.
Groundnut - Stem rot (Sclerotium spp. ) / 2-2.5ml/kg seeds.
Potato - Black Scurf (Rhizoctonia spp. ) / 20ml/100kg seeds.
