Profex Super Insecticide is primarily used to control a wide
range of insect pests, including ants, cockroaches, fleas, ticks, and
mosquitoes. It is commonly used in residential, commercial, and industrial
settings, as well as in agriculture and horticulture.
It is an organophosphorus and synthetic insecticide; it works by potent inhibition of the enzyme acetylcholinesterase, after feeding on a treated plant or crawling over a treated leaf, the pest is first paralyzed and then quickly dies.
Features
- It
has excellent translaminar action; when sprayed on the upper surface
of the leaf, it immediately percolates down to the lower surface of the leaf.
- It
is absorbed readily in plant cells, thus not affected by rainfall.
